Emo Night Brooklyn Miami Concert reviews
I was a little uneasy seeing Emo Night Brooklyn for the first time, worried they somehow could ruin the image I had formed for the past 12 years of listening to them. So I expected them to be good, but that the show would probably be the only time I see them. I had known their live performances are extremely good prior to the show.
Their sound, stage presence, production values were amazing. They were so good I will attempt to see them as often as they come to the US. They didn't preach to the crowd (outside of their lyrics, of course), which was composed of an extremely diverse group. There was a mom and daughter behind us, an elderly couple with a granddaughter in front of us, 30-somethings to our left, high teens/low twenties males to the right, and a mom and two teenage daughters also in front of us. And it built and built throughout the show.
Simply and wholeheartedly: it was the best show, of any kind, I've ever seen.
